Appointment During The Pandemic?

The safety of our patients is of the utmost importance during these uncertain times. We understand you may be hesitant to bring your children outside of the home, but we would like to ensure you that we are taking every precaution necessary to maintain a Covid-19 free environment. The coronavirus has affected all of us, but our commitment to quality service has remained.

All members of our staff wear masks when treating patients. When treating patients with Covid-19 symptoms, our staff will also wear gloves and will be outfitted in full PPE.

Our precautionary measures begin with a questionnaire regarding Covid-19 symptoms during the scheduling process. Individuals with symptoms are urged to remark this on their questionnaires.

Our well patients are instructed to park in the front lot of our office, and sick patients are instructed to park in the lot to the right of our office. Once an appointment has been scheduled, and patients arrive in the parking lot, text the following number: (770) 329-9531. Our staff will meet patients in the parking lot and check the temperature of each individual in the car. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one. We urge you to limit your party sizes to essential personnel only. Once all that is complete, one person may accompany your child into the building. Please understand that these measures are in place for the safety of our patients and staff.

Patients with Covid-19 symptoms will be treated in their cars. Patients cleared for entry will be escorted into our office and designated to a specific room. Each room is cleaned after every patient enters and leaves, and our entire office undergoes intense deep cleaning each night.
